Oh God, in all your goodness You provide my every need without fail...

 Food preservation is a wonderful gift God has given us. Apple sauce as I knew it has changed forever! I was introduced to the wonderful world of food mills. What an incredible difference! No more peeling, coring, or prepping at all! Cut the apples in half, boil them down, and turn the knob. That's it! I was able to make a huge pot of apple sauce in no time at all. Praise God!
